Job Description
The NOC serves and operates ?the remote end? of Telenor Maritime?s mobile, wireless and satellite products within the Cruise, Ferry, Fishery and Offshore markets. The NOC's primary objectives are to secure service level agreements (SLA) and to ensure a high quality end-user experience.
The NOC Technical support engineer will have varied tasks involving all Telenor Maritime?s services, and be responsible for pro-active monitoring via Telenor Maritime?s operational systems, alarm handling and first line technical customer support.

Background from Telecommunications or Information technology industry
It is preferable to have experience and competence within several of the following areas:
Ericsson GSM, WCDMA, LTE equipment
VSAT equipment
IP networks
